No. Hotel Hotline is an independent hotel booking service. We are not owned by, operated by or affiliated with any hotel or hotel chain. We book rooms on your behalf, and your confirmation comes from us.
Is the price I'm quoted the total price?
Yes. Your agent quotes the total price, including taxes, our service fee and any mandatory hotel fees we know of (such as resort fees), before you agree to pay. If the hotel collects anything at the property — for example a refundable incidentals deposit or optional parking — your agent tells you on the call.
When will my card be charged?
It depends on the rate. Some rates are paid in full when you book; others are paid at the hotel. Your agent tells you which applies before taking any payment details.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation and change terms depend on the specific rate and hotel. Many hotels offer free-cancellation rates; some lower rates are non-refundable. We explain the exact terms before you book — never after.
Will I earn hotel loyalty points?
Usually not. Hotel reward points and member benefits are generally only available when booking directly with the hotel. If loyalty points matter to you, tell your agent and we'll be upfront about it.
Why book by phone instead of online?
A real agent can compare several hotels at once, check details booking sites don't show clearly (bed setup, connecting rooms, pet rules, resort fees), and quote one clear total. It's especially useful for groups, families and last-minute stays.
